MOTION PICTURE PROJECT INFO
Silver Echo Gallery has teamed up with independent film
group Mongrel Movie Collective in an effort to complete a feature length film within and around the gallery, over the course of 4-5 weekends, in a collective effort, brought forth by the community of artists.

THE GOAL
We will have a version of the movie edited by a few editors, have each version scored by a few different composers, ideally ending up with a few works of art that are each unique. The community of artists will have an opportunity to bring their art to the project and in return will receive "points" on the movie project.

HOW WILL IT WORK?
Starting Friday November 27th, 2009, and every Friday Night thereafter thru Friday January 29th, 2010, Silver Echo Gallery will hold a movie night showcasing a movie of choice. Wine and beer will be served, artists will paint, bands will play, dj's will spin, performers will perform, alcohol will be consumed, and a good time will be had... experience art!

Donations will be sought for the entertainment at the door we will sell art, t-shirts, sodas and more to benefit the movie project. The artwork created live will be auctioned off at the auction event on February 7th, 2010 to benefit the movie project.

HOW DO YOU GET INVOLVED?
Silver Echo Gallery will be looking toward the community of artists (you) to provide your art form to the project. In exchange, you'll receive, on top of the gratification of being creative, a piece of, or "points" of the movie project. So, if you are a musician and would like to provide your music for the score, or play at one of the fund-raising events, please contact us. If you are an artist and would like to donate some of your work, to be sold at one of the events to benefit the movie project, if you are a dancer, performer, actor, camera man, production assistant, writer, or artist of any form, and you think you might want to be involved, in any way, contact us.
